i wanna cry so much i’ve been binging these past 3 days. I really lost control and the scale got high again. I’m losing my mind and i don’t know what to do. How could i let this happen? I’m seriously so done with myself. Im really gonna lock in because i NEED to be 110 lbs by the time school starts. I’m getting a vape soon so that will hopefully help with my appetite!

hi guys! so a little update, i went to my friends house yesterday and we got drunk, and binged on a lot of food. Yesterday i weighed at 126.2 lbs and today im at 126.4 lbs. I’m happy with it though because i thought i was gonna be so much higher. I dont think im going to make it to my gw for this week (123lbs) because i would have to be that weight by tmrw - and i just dont think my body can do that. Im gonna try and fast today but i rlly have no idea what my parents are planning for dinner so idk. If i fast today i might be at 124lbs tmrw, and just move my weigh in for the 21st, so i reach 123lbs. Either way, by my next weigh in (july 27th) i’m gonna be at 120lbs :)

hi guys! Just came to talk about my day today!! I woke up around 9:30 AM and went on a 1 hour and 30 min walk, and when i got back i did a 30 min ab workout! For dinner i had around 150-200 calories. I did a 30 min leg workout after dinner! And i drank 120 ounces of water! It’s kinda weird because im eating so little but i rlly dont feel hungry at all.
Total burned: 786 calories
Total consumed: 200 calories
Net: -586

Hi guys! So i did my fast yesterday, and im gonna go until 5 pm which be a total of a 42 hour fast! Im supposed to weigh myself once a week but i want to keep on track for this week so ive been weighing myself everyday. When i binged the other night i weighed myself the next morning (yesterday) at 129.4lbs and today i weighed myself at 126.2lbs. I’m hoping that tmrw i weigh myself at 125lbs, then on july 19th at 124lbs and on july 20th ill be at 123lbs (my gw for this week!) Even though im gonna break my fast because ik i have to eat dinner im gonna eat very few calories the next couple of days!

I have 4 more days till i have to reach 123lbs and of course i binged yesterday - not a horrible binge but it around 900 calories and i only burned 400 calories. I weighed myself this morning and im so upset. Im gonna burn 600 calories today and do a fast. Stay safe!

hi guys! So my next weigh in will on the 20th, hopefully i’m at 123lbs!! Today I went on an hour walk, and did an ab/leg workout for 30 mins! I’ve also reached my goal of water at 120 ounces! Here’s my log for today:
Snack: Lesser evil popcorn (50 calories)
Dinner: Spaghetti (about 300 calories) and a garlic breadstick (75 calories) total: around 380 calories
Calorie intake: around 430 calories
Calories burned: 400 calories
Net: around 30 calories!
So i went on a hour and 20 min walk and it was superrrr hot 😣 it was my brothers birthday so we went out to eat at red robin’s and they put the calorie intake next to the food and bro why is there calories so high - so i settled on a cesar salad which was around 300 calories! We had “cake” for dessert which is just a strawberry short cake with whipped cream on it and strawberries on it, i think that was around 230 calories! that’s all i ate today and ive had 96 ounces of water today! I feel way better than how i felt this morning!
total calorie intake: around 530 calories
burned calories: around 450 calories
net: around 80 calories

ugh lowkey i’ve been binging this past week and didn’t reach my goal weight that i wanted for this week but i still want to keep on schedule - like today was supposed to weigh myself and be 126lbs but im 129lbs and in july 19th im supposed to be 123lbs - so im going to exercise extra this week and eat very little so Im still on track 😓
UPDATED PLAN:
I’m not gonna have any rest days. I’ll go on a 2 hour walk (about 5 miles) every other day, and in between those days i’ll do a weighted ab workout + a weighted leg workout. I’m also doing OMAD which is around 500-900 calories. I wish the food my parents made weren’t so high calorie!!! I’m gonna weigh myself once a week - i lowkey used chatgpt to help me out which making sure im on track to get to 110 lbs by august 20th (my first day of sophomore year!!) Next weigh update will be on July 13th which i’m supposed to be at 126 - but i’m at 128 right now so i lowkey feel like i can be lower! I really want to be confident in shorts because camp is in early august and i don’t want to wear pants 👎 Im really gonna try and be consistent and keep reminding myself that every school year im sad because i didn’t get my dream body during the summer - hopefully this summer is different!

of course i stopped locking in and binged and stopped working out 💔 im really scared to check the scale but im gonna check it on July 15th - to give me time to get back on track! I took a 5 mile walk today and it felt great but it was super hot so i have a rlly bad headache 🥹 Im gonna go on a walk for 45 mins each day, do a leg workout and 2 ab workouts each day besides saturday. Im also going back to omad because i get fast results when i do omad! Hopefully the scale number is atleast at the number i was at before i binged or lower!
