Ran my first official half marathon today. All praise to The Most High.

I’ve maintained 122lbs for over a week now 🫶🏾 It’s not that it’s actually difficult for my body to come out of ketosis. It’s just that I struggle to regain my appetite after fasting so I keep losing the weight. But we have finally gained enough appetite to stay at 122lbs. Praise be!
