( 🪢 ) HEARING SECOND ( AND sometimes third ) hand information from rex lapis or her master left her rather .. informed on many goings on in the rest of the world when she hardly leaves herself. despite spending most of her time to herself she'd catch some ' gossip ' as her master calls it and that sumeru had been going through some .. troubling developments. as always -- from what shenhe seems to gather at least -- the traveler had a part in handling it so seeing her now after what was no doubt a success was good indeed.

OF COURSE. there is no need for apologizes when you are being useful elsewhere. liyue has been safe since lantern rite -- nothing has come and broken the peace which in turn has left me .. "Would you like explore the world outside of Liyue?" she asked. "I assure you, the only issues we'd get are Fatui scoundrels, treasure hoarders, local bandits and monsters. If not now, obviously, then perhaps in the future! Or I can make you something from one of the nations!" Lumine's eyes brightened as she thought of ways that even if Shenhe couldn't step away from Liyue, then she could definitely get a taste of some of the food from different regions.

Lauma  unfortunately  had  famidable  hearing  ,  each  tiny  change  in  Lumine's  breathing  was  already  being  noted  down  in  her  mind.  She  feared  ,  if  they  stopped  moving  ,  the  traveller  would  be  unable  to  start  again  ,  once  the  seering  pain  out  run  the  shock  and  adrenaline  ,  it  was  best  they  kept  moving  for  now  ,  just  this  once.

❝  am  I  right  in  thinking  not  all  adventurers  fight  ?  ❞ ,  she  doesn't  recall  Linnea  mentioning  combat  this  much  the  last  time  she  visited  the  frostmoon  library  ,  and  she  was  an  adventurer  too.  ❝  or  perhaps  it  is  to  do  with  the  heavy  titles  you  carry  across  teyvat  ,  you're  no  ordinary  adventurer  across  these  lands  ❞.  Offering  a  soft  smile  ,  as  they  took  the  path  closer  to  where  the  moonchanter  treated  her  patients. 

❝  I'm  awfully  sorry  to  hear  that  ,  there  is  clear  pain  in  your  voice  when  you  speak  of  him  ❞ With  every  right  to  be  there  too  ,  Lauma  wished  she  could  help  a  little  more  with  Lumine's  endevour.   

Lumine smiled at Lauma, though it was pained. It hurt to walk, to breathe, to do anything that she normally did right then and there. It sucked, but right now she had to keep moving or else the adrenaline and shock would wear off before they got to where they were going and she wanted to actually sit down and not get back up for awhile. "I'm not an ordinary person. I'm different." she said softly. Alien. Just like Dottore had said. By the laws of this world, she was not welcome. She was a complete outsider.

( 🪢 ) SHENHE PAUSES IN putting down the plate of food to one of the other customers when the traveler called out to her , her free hand waving to her friend before disengaging from the customers after dropping off the food. her gaze flicks to xiangling in questioning 'fore relaxing at the smiled nod ; her own gaze turning back to lumine and promptly walked over and sat at the same table. ❝ YES. DID YOU have something in mind to talk about ? are you .. well ? ❞ small talk wasn't her best but she .. was doing better with it. speaking with the traveler was good practice.

"I'm as well as I can be. You know considering I'm an adventurer. How are things here in Liyue. It's been a good minute since I last stopped here. And I'm sorry about that. I need to make it a priority to spend at least a month or two seeing everyone."

She smiled softly.

With a wave of her hand, off go the kuuhenki for their foraging event, windchimes ringing a melody as they all disappear as quick as they came. Columbina tilts her head at Lumine now, comforted by the warm smile she's grown familiar with.

So that meant at least 11 or 12 tables with chairs all in a circle so everyone could talk with everyone or move around. And of course they could always add more if more people wanted to join in.

"alright,  that  sounds  great!"  hallen  beams,  stepping  into  place  with  the  other  woman.  "i'm  a  bit  new  to  this  planet,  i  apologize."
