The Unseen

“I figured.. I should get this sort of thing but ah.. if you don’t like it…”

As soon as he felt the ring on his finger, he began to freak out. “S-Sozen, you really didn’t need to do something like this. I-I love it and I love you but you don’t need to spend money on me.” He pressed his hands to his cheeks, feeling embarrassed. Taking a moment to breathe, he lowered his hands and touched the ring on his finger. “Th-then.... this means.... This....”

He calmed down for a moment and rested his head against Sozen’s chest. He listened to the steady beat of Sozen’s heart and sighed happily. Everything about this moment felt like a dream. But he was there and so was Sozen. It was real. “I would give up everything I’ve ever had just to hear you say those words for the rest of my life...”

“Hey..” He had moved closer to him, and his arms gently slid around his waist. He tugs him into his embrace while he placed a kiss to the top of his head. “I am the same. I would want nothing more to be able to be like this; In your arms forever. “ He pauses, and mumbles quietly.” So what do you say. Will you stay forever with me?“

Minoru felt his throat grow tight, breathing quickly becoming difficult. Did Sozen just...? He had never even imagined. He sniffles quietly, a few stray tears trailing down his cheeks. Oh god, was he really crying? “Y-ye...” Why was it so hard to speak? He quickly nodded, hoping that it conveyed his emotions well enough.

“What are they like?!”

“Probably not someone who would do anything if I wore an adult costume, but it’s worth a shot. But I love him a lot.”

“Ohooo~ So then yeah? Minoooruuu. Tell me about iiiiit.”

“Well.... There might be someone...”

“Oooohhh…. Big plans tonight then? Going to be spending it with a lover perhaps?”
