tbh i love things where like people meet and then they’re somehow split apart by circumstance and somehow see each other again years later so.... gimme..... that.....

i’d say that around the age of 22-23, oliver comes to a point where he only sees when he wants to. there’s no more getting ill, no more hiding from shadows, no more flashes of memories when he brushes against a person. he can tune in and tune out, like a radio, and he becomes far more social and, in general, happier.
