❛ ahhh— chi - chidori!!? ❜ how much of that did she hear? ahh, who was he kidding?? she definitely heard ALL OF IT…—
a gruff noise emitted from the musclehead’s throat, and the tinge of REDNESS on his cheeks affirmed that it was true— that he DID miss her. after all, he WAS…—
❛ HAH? you were SICK? ❜ he voiced his confusion with a lack of any kind of restraint, taking the LUNCH off her hands with a bit more delicacy than he showed most other people. ❛ i thought ya went back t’ sugomori…— well … got TAKEN back, i guess. ❜ he’s still staring at the lunch. that was too sweet of her, she didn’t have to do that; —least of all for HIM. ❛ what did ya catch? i imagine they got all KINDS’a DISEASES floatin’ round in this place. just kinda sounds like somethin’ that comes wit’ th’ territory. ❜ tenga then stood, puffing his chest out. ❛ i RARELY get sick, though!! ❜ he remembered all the times he’s gotten sick, & then DEFLATED. ❛ eh, —jus’ kiddin’. ❜
His concern was a tad hilarious, specially the embarrassment that followed upon being discovered. Was it that terrible being worried about her out of all people?
“I wish I was lucky enough to finally leave but I’m still here.”
“I’m sure it was a normal fever. If I had gotten an alien virus, I would have known since the beginning...” By no means would she be willing to handle such sort of infection by herself. If anything, she had been hesitant to approach anyone -- spending her time alone in this city forced her to grow used to this type of solitude.
“Ah! You need to take care, Tenga-kun. The summer rains are going to hit soon and you know how heavy they can be.” In a lot of ways and although she was certain nobody would get caught in a tornado -- well, it was better to be safe than sorry. Waking up in a puddle of water after squirming in pain was not an experience she desired to repeat. “But you have to tell me if you get sick, okay?”
