Introvert at Work

In fact, I find them quite exhausting.

Really, I could stay alone for an extended period of time, and be totally fine with that.

I want to be alone :)

Introverts are people who prefer few social interactions and less distractions. They also prefer to be in calm environments because they tend to be more internally focused.

The brain of an introvert doesn’t need a lot of stimulation, but works perfectly fine with low stimulation. This is the reason why they might feel exhausted after large gatherings, noisy environments or a lot of activities.

Because their brain isn’t made for a lot of stimulation, and needs time to recharge after situations with lots of stimulation.

If someone says that she's/he's an introvert, It's not automatically mean they're silent, shy, socially awkward, or whatever yall think it is.
