Interrogate the Informant

Hahahaha... Getting so excited about my returnal, aren’t we? Ahh, I’d rather not, thank you~

My, my, hasn’t it been a long time, my dearest humans? Ahh yes, let’s start with this ravishing question.

Humans are perverted, and that includes you as well, since you took the time to get disgusted upon researching those kinds of materials of me and Shizuo… Still, disgusting? Well, now, that might be an exaggeration, if you ask me. 

Namie-san, you shouldn’t blame a poor disease for your urges. 

There are only three categories in which humans can be placed, the management of the first two depending completely on the third’s evolution. I consider myself as a member of the third. So far, I’ve only known it as a one-man category.  

 At first, all humans belong to the first category. They represent interesting, new territories meant to be explored, tested and understood. Afterwards, they imminently end up in the second one, where they can calmly relish in their limited worlds, which are no longer objects of interest to the third category. The latter is so far above the other two, equal to one another in their essence, that considering it one of their components is pointless. I love humans, however I am not them.

 You see, people are weak, therefore unstable and highly predictable in their patterns. You cannot hate something weaker than you, as you either remain indifferent towards it or start viewing it as a deserving target of your affection, whatever you understand by it. 

 Love is something hard to put into words, I’m sure you can understand… But when it comes to a special love such as the one I hold for my precious little beings, I suppose I could spare a few heartfelt words.

 Humans are, to me, a pure source of endless, addicting amusement. I couldn’t live without humans, as I’m sure that they’d feel rather lost in their dull darkness without my sparks here and there. I only aim to help them, in all I do. Information is all that everyone craves, and I’m here to help them take their baby steps. Some learn to walk incredibly fast while others fall and, sometimes, never get up. But that’s all in the essence of their wonderful contradicting nature, which I so adore! Indeed, they are defined by diversity and united by it at the same time. You cannot love one and not feel the same for its entire species. I simply enjoy my environment and its components to their fullest, while not ignoring their thirst for my contribution. It’s a game which presents the only rules that I most willingly obey.

Whouldn't my humans agree? 

 Shizuo Heiwajima… Shizuo… Ah! That Shizuo Heiwajima. Well, you see, you are asking me something impossible to answer. My interest revolves around humans, not mutant animals, therefore explaining the reasoning (if any) of such creatures would be hard to do. 

 Also, my whereabouts are constantly known to people whom I consider suitable to come in handy at the right time. But I have full control over that knowledge and making sure it doesn’t fall into unworthy hands is a fundamental trick that someone in my position has to master.
