Hi I'm wondering during the wait between m&g and the actual show will I be able to leave the venue to get some food? I'll be rushing to the venue straight from the airport for m&g I don't think I'll have time for lunch or dinner and the show will end at 10 in the evening

hey so my ii show is tomorrow in atlanta and on the venue site it says it starts at 7:30 and the doors open at 6:30. I have vip so should i arrive before the time the doors open or just around that time?

you need to arrive 3.5 hours before the start of the show!

yo so my mom bought me and my friend 2 tickets for the atlanta show but she wants to just sit somewhere else for a cheaper price. would she be allowed to wait in the lobby or something? or would she have to buy a seat to be in there? my friend and i are under 14 if that changes anything

i know you obviously don't know every answer lol but with the contest thing that dnp are doing (where you could win a m&g and the venue will apparently contact you to let you know) i was wondering how that would work with resale tickets? i'm assuming they would just email the original seller?

i try my best! 😅 yeah they’d probably email the original ticketholder who (i’d hope) would direct them to you

are there usually scalpers at these events? i live in a state where scalping is legal, so if i don't sell my ticket is there a good chance ill be able to sell it there?

i didn’t see any at my show in the uk but i have no idea what it’s like in the us, let alone different states.. but if it’s legal then i’d go for it?

i’m thinking of buying tickets for an upcoming show but i need 3, but when i look at the seating it all says they’re each a few seats apart. i need them to be next to each other (the 3 ppl going would be my mom, my friend, and i) i just looked and apparent the 2 seaters are also like 2 seats apart. i have severe anxiety and can’t sit next to strangers for hours, would there be a way to switch seats or anything?

you can always ask the people next to you if they wouldn’t mind switching. unless it would split them up from friends or make a difference to their view of the stage, i don’t see why they wouldn’t be willing to.

do you know what to do if we cant find our email confirmation of the ticket?

if you have a physical ticket, you probably won’t need the confirmation email. if you can’t find your e-ticket, see if you can access it on the site that you purchased it on by logging into your account. if all else fails, contact the venue or whichever company you bought the ticket from.
