It is easily disturbed and affected. After it has grown, it becomes a great, strong tree, offering fruits and shade for all - and nothing can disturb it. So know your own strength now and avoid disturbances to your peace of mind.

One of the hardest lessons in life is letting go. Whether it’s guilt, anger, love, loss or betrayal. Change is never easy. We fight to hold on and we fight to let go.

If you want to be happy, you have to be happy on purpose. When you wake up, you can’t just wait to see what kind of day you’ll have. You have to decide what kind of day you’ll have.

Healing is a choice. It’s not an easy one because it takes work to turn around your habits. But keep making the choice and shifts will happen.
