You own everything that happened to you. Tell your stories. If people wanted you to write warmly about them, they should’ve behaved better.

So what? You failed your finals. You gained some weight. So what? You’re single again. You lost your job. So what? What now? You live. You try again. That’s what.

I believe that everyone should have a dream and believe in it. Make it real, bring it to life. You’ll never regret trying. Trying is what strengthens your heart and delivers courage. Once you believe in yourself, nothing can stop you.

Sunshine all the time makes a desert.

You don’t have to be pretty like her. You can be pretty like you.

Just because you took longer than others, doesn’t mean you failed. Remember that.

I’ve come to believe that all my past failures and frustrations were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.

As I look back on my life, I realize that every time I thought I was being rejected from something good, I was actually being re-directed to something better.

Stop beating yourself up. You are a work in progress - which means you get there a little at a time, not all at once.

I am not comfortable in my own skin; But I am trying to be. Damn it, I am trying to be.

There’s a difference between somebody who wants you and somebody who would do anything to keep you. Remember that.
