☀️sunshine baby☀️: always full of energy! usually has a big smile on their face, and is sure to cheer you right up if you’re feeling down! they love helping others out and giving good advice! favorite colors are usually yellows and light oranges! likes to sleeps early! might like to watch teletubbies, wow wow wubbzy, and molang!

🚀space cadet!🚀: knows a lot about stars and planets! wants to be an astronaut when they grow up! favorite colors are usually blues, reds, and purples! either has lots of energy or are v calm! likes to read, especially about space! they enjoy arts and crafts time, but don’t enjoy cleaning up after! “look at the stars!!” shows they might like to see are octonauts, the magic school bus, and space racers!

🌙tired tot🌙: very calm! usually sleepy, and loves nap time, but probably won’t admit it! they like to play, but it doesn’t take long to tire them out. favorite colors are usually pastel blues and light greys! they love cuddles and hugs! they might have a very special stuffie they like to take everywhere! shows they might like are pocoyo, rilakkuma and kaoru, and pj masks!

🦖prehistoric preschooler 🦖: loves dinosaurs!! “ROARRRRR!!” can be very very loud!! *stomp stomp stomp* wants to eat dino nuggets 24/7. has/wants a lot of dino stuffies!! wishes they couldn ride a dino! a v messy and clumsy kiddo! but that’s okay because bath time is the best!! they love to splash in the tub and have fun with the bubbles! favorite colors are usually greens, blues, and oranges! they might like to watch: dinosaur train, dino squad, and barney!

🍓forager fairy🍓: mushrooms, and moss! acorns and pinecones! loves nature and everything about it! doesn’t mind if they get all muddy! enjoys baking! “shhh, listen to the fairies!” *builds little houses of sticks n leaves for the bus n critters* cottage core aesthetic! favorite colors are usually greens, browns, reds, and yellows! is very gentle and polite! will share their toys with you! it’s always playtime for them!! cartoons they might like are: tinker bell, bluey, and hilda!

🖍creative critter🖍: likes to color, finger paint, and more! they’re super creative, and are constantly finding more n more ways to make a huge mess!! there is no escape from the glitter. stickers all over their face n legs, and paint all over their brand new shoes! when asked to clean up, they make excuses to not do so. favorite colors are ALL OF THEM! there’s never too many crayons n markers for this kiddo! shows they might like to watch are: charlie and lola, adventure time, and peppa pig!

pacifiers are used by age regressors/dreamers for many reasons! here are some examples! pacifiers may…

- help a regressor stay small

- prevent skin picking

- feel soothing

- help with calming down after/ during panic attacks

- prevent cheek biting

- stop teeth grinding

- force you to breathe through your nose (which can be calming if you have anxiety)

- prevent nail biting

- be used for oral stimulation

- stop you from clenching your jaw

- help an oral fixation

not all regressors use pacifiers though! and that’s perfectly okay!! but if you do use them, that’s perfectly okay too!! it’s not weird to use/want to use them! if they help you, then that’s great!!

some pacifiers can be decorated in a very pretty way! they’re called “deco pacifiers”! they’re often made by shops who are also part of the community! however, they can sometimes cost a little more depending on how it’s made! (and all shops are different, so be sure to read through their info if you’re thinking about buying one!) some are decorated with gems, pearls, letter beads, and plenty of other things! and some shops will make you a custom so it looks however you want with the materials they have available!

caring for your paci is also quite important !! be sure to wash it often! so you don’t put any icky germs in your mouth! if you are wanting to wash a deco pacifier, be sure to ask the shop how to wash it if it didn’t come with a care guide!
