as molly crawled through chasing her son who just wouldnt listen

she had a feeling of embarassment and utter shame wash over her. she felt and looked like a silly infant

she also felt a strange feeling of pure joy. she liked it. she liked that adults were giggling at her. she liked it when another mum jokingly cooed at her

molly was at home with feeling like a little girl. she thought about going wee wee. the thought made her wince and dip in shame. how silly would she feel.

how would she smell. would anyone clean it up or would a child shout and point and tell everyone a grown women wet herself

imagine having to watch as another mum cleaned up her shame. maybe someone would take her to the bathroom and undress her

⏳ 24 HOURS IN DIAPERS

psychological evolution : The excitement of novelty dominates. Your brain releases dopamine, which reinforces the initial motivation. But you may experience physical discomfort from constant wear.

evolution of acceptance : You're still in the testing phase. Acceptance will depend on your ability to stay in your diaper without reflexively removing it.

strategy to implement :

Staying in diaper NON-STOP, without giving yourself the chance to remove it

Wear clothes that hide the diaper well (to avoid social anxiety)

Exercices :

Doing everyday tasks in a diaper to normalize the feeling (cooking, working, going out)

Look in the mirror and say to yourself: "I wear diapers, and that's normal, and it suits me fine."

Definitely sleep in diapers and get used to it.

⏳ 1 WEEK IN DIAPERS

psychological evolution : Your brain begins to associate diapers with your daily life. However, moments of doubt may arise. Social embarrassment can be intense.

evolution of acceptance : you still feel the urge to take it off and give it all up. But the diaper is becoming more and more natural !

strategy to implement :

systematize the wearing of diapers, put one on without thinking.

accept the sensations and focus on the benefits (safety, calm, excitement)

Exercices :

Wear a diaper under your clothes every time you go out in public to test your comfort.

Start training yourself to forget that you are wearing a diaper by focusing on something else.

Think about your diaper needs so you can try out several diapers and choose the one that suits you best (it's really important to have a diaper that you feel comfortable in).

⏳ 1 MONTH IN DIAPERS

Psychological evolution : Your brain adapts. Diapering becomes more natural, but there may be relapses or you may feel like giving up.

evolution of acceptance : shame decreases, but there may still be internal conflict over the social aspect.

Strategy to implent :

Normalize diapers in all situations (work, at friends' houses, at concerts (if you're a musician like me), when traveling, etc.)

Associating wearing a diaper with something positive

Realize that you are capable and that it's just a matter of habit

Exercises :

Stay in diapers even in uncomfortable situations (family meals, concerts, with loved ones, everywhere in fact)

Write down the benefits you get from your practice and when in doubt, connect what you have written.

⏳ 3 MONTHS IN DIAPERS

Psychological evolution : Diapers are part of your daily life, and the habit is ingrained. There are still adjustments to be made for social management.

Evolution of acceptance : you accept it more and more, but some social situations can still be delicate.

Strategy to implent :

Reduce the importance you give to the opinions of others.

Be prepared to respond if there is a comment.

Exercices :

Go on long outings (like hikes) without thinking about your diaper.

Wear a diaper more visibly with close friends, to see their reactions... If he asks you questions, just say you need one...

⏳ 6 MONTHS IN DIAPERS

psychological evolution : you hardly think about your diaper anymore.

evolution of acceptance : you feel from me within me the need to justify yourself internally.

Strategy to implent :

Plan long-term change routines

Prepare to make your final commitment.

Exercices :

If possible, go on a trip far from home in a diaper.

Write out a contract by hand and sign it, stating why you want to make wearing diapers mandatory from now on and that you are definitely committed to this.

Get rid of your old underwear, you won't need it anymore.

⏳ 1 YEAR IN DIAPERS

Psychological evolution : the diaper has become your reality. Psychological relapses are rare.

Evolution of acceptance : you no longer feel the need to ask yourself questions and you largely accept that diapers are your new reality permanently forever.

Strategy to implent :

You can change your wardrobe to optimize comfort and discretion!

Exercices :

Observe your evolution from the beginning and be proud of you

Test new situations to see if you are still comfortable

Learn to fully appreciate this habit

⏳ 5 YEARS IN DIAPERS

Psychological evolution : wearing diapers has become an automatic reflex. Your brain no longer has any resistance.You don't remember what it's like to not be in a diaper.

The evolution of acceptance : it's totally integrated into your identity.

Jane Rizzoli was a badass detective. The smartest and most sought after in fact. She could take down any criminal that came her way and everyone in the precinct knew that. They respected her and many of the police officers admired her work ethic. Yes, Jane was amazing.

But there was one person who saw right through her tough as nails persona, who else but her own mother of course. When Jane was in Mrs. Rizzoli's presence none of that front mattered. And ever since getting a job at the bakery in the precinct it was getting harder and harder to separate work Jane from home Janie.

Detective, she was no longer. In the presence of Mrs. Rizzoli, the 32 year old was Janie. Her mother's little girl. There were plenty of times at work where the mother could read that her daughter needed to shed her adult responsibility and be her baby. Mrs. Rizzoli would occasionally ask for a moment with Jane then, pulling her into an empty room she would lock the door and call the woman over. Jane would fight it at first.

"Mom, I'm-I'm okay." Jane tried to sound serious, though the juxtaposition of her comment with the image of her mother sitting with her yellow baby blanket and teddy bear in hand seemed rather silly.

Her mother always brought them to work just in case Jane needed a break.

"You may have everyone in this precinct fooled but not me little lady. You just wrapped up a hard case and I heard that big scary man said mean things to you while you were taking him in."

Jane's eyes flicked up to her mother. Damn it! Who the hell had told her mother about that? Their perp, Olmos, had most definitely explained in detail all the awful things he would do to Jane and her family once he's out and although she didn't seem fazed, it certainly did shake her.

"Now come here. I just want to make you feel better so you can get back out there and be the best detective that my baby can be."

Jane sighed and did a quick check of the door and blinds.

"No one will see, Janie."

She took the few steps over to her mother who was sitting down on a couch. Her mother stopped her right in front of her and untucked the younger woman's shirt.

"M-mommy!" Jane whined, trying to move her mother's hands that were now undoing her belt, "Stop it!"

Mrs. Rizzoli slapped her hands away, "I want to make sure you're not wet. You know it happens sometimes without you noticing which is why you're in these pull ups in the first place."

Jane burned a bright red, but nodded solemnly she didn't want a sharp reminder on her bottom to be still. Her mother only spanked her once at the precinct, in the exact room they were in currently, and thankfully it had been after hours, so the likelihood of anyone hearing was slim to none.

She had talked back telling her mother to leave her alone so she could finish her work, and that her constant worry was a pain in her ass. Really, Jane was overwhelmed and stressed with paperwork and needed to take it out on someone. But either way her remarks had not sat well with the older woman who mumbled out an "I'll show you pain in the ass" and quickly dragged her taller daughter into the empty room.

Jane regretted her words the moment they came out of her mouth, "No mama. I-I'm sorry."

"A little too late little miss!"

Her eyes widened when she saw the hairbrush come out of her purse.

The detectives eyes watered, "No hairbrush mommy. Please!"

But the mother ignored her and held Jane's right arm with a tight grip as she spanked Jane a solid ten times making the detective jump up and down with each swat.

She let the woman go and wagged the hairbrush at her, "Now I know you are stressed with work but I will not tolerate that attitude. Do you understand me?"

Jane rubbed her bottom unabashedly, "Y-yes mommy! I won't do it again, p-promise!"

The mother knew Jane was feeling extra tired because usually she would not cry so much after ten spanks.

"When we get home, which we will be doing right now young lady. That paperwork can wait. You need a goodnight's rest. You will be going straight to shower while I get you some hot soup ready. Then it's straight to bed with you. Understood?"

"Yes mama." Jane whimpered through hitched breaths.

Not being a cruel woman whatsoever Mrs. Rizzoli sighed and walked over giving her little one a much needed hug.

"I'm so tired mama." Jane whimpered some more.

"I know Janie." She patted her daughter's back, "How 'bout some warm milk right before bed?"

Jane nodded and felt herself tighten and her cheeks redden.

"What is it now, love? tell me."

Jane bit her lip and hid into her mother's neck, "C-can I have it in my bottle?"

She hadn't used her baba in a long while, and it was kind of embarrassing to ask for it, but she'd just been spanked at her place of work by her mommy. She figured it couldn't get any more embarrassing than that.

"Of course you can." Her mother assured her, "Don't be embarrassed love."

Back in the present, Mrs. Rizzoli pulled the woman's gray slacks down to her knobby knees and placed a hand on her daughter's puffy crotch. The owl on the pull up making her little girl look as cute as a button, though she'd never say it out loud. She then placed a finger and felt around the edges. "Nice and dry." She patted the woman's bottom twice, "Good job Janie bug. I'm proud of you. That's a whole week in a row."

Jane hated it, but her mother's comment made her beam and she smiled proudly that she hadn't accidentally tinkled even a little bit!

The mother helped her pull her pants back up and tightened the belt once more. Once all righted Jane took one look at her mother's compassionate look and felt her walls break, "He- he, just...he scared me so much mommy!"

"Shhhh. I know, come on lay your head on my lap. You still have 30 minutes for break. Just breathe. Shhhhh."

And so Detective Rizzoli did exactly that. Her mother handed her the bear and covered her with the fuzzy blanket. She wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else but on Mommy's lap. And Mrs. Rizzoli smiled deeply when her little one brought her thumb to her mouth gently suckling and soothing herself. 

Give us a good/hard challenge and a punishment/humiliating thing we need to do if we fail.
