This is the first season I actually enjoy since season 2. It’s not even about the huge amount of Sheith, it’s the fact Keith actually had a big role in it. He’s been the forgotten boy for 3 seasons while nobody gave a damn or missed him at all (not Lance, not Shiro... but at least I’ll comfort myself thinking that wasn’t the Shiro I liked).

The story and the path improved from previous seasons, in my opinion (maybe due to the fact I never liked Lotor). The roleplaying game episode is the best filler ever, I enjoyed it so much even without Keith in it.

And Sheith. Sheith is so canon to me I can’t believe it. They even dropped the age difference by 2 years for the rabid haters (LAUGHS). I understand why they added the “you’re my brother” quote (I’m so tired of the “no homo on kids shows!!!!11″, homophobes can go eat a cactus <3), but in all honesty, I don’t see how that cancels Sheith. As a The Nightrunner fan, it reminds me of Seregil’s prophecy towards Alec: father, brother, friend and lover. It means he’s going to love him in every possible way. To me, Sheith is exactly the same. Furthermore, I don’t see “you’re my brother” and “I love you” as part of the same statement (”you’re my brother, so I love you”), I see it as a sum of facts he’s telling Shiro (”you’re my brother and I also happen to love you”). So, yeah, with that quote and all the events that happened in this season, Sheith can’t get more canon to me.

The good side is that if you don’t like Sheith, you can choose to see it only as a family bond, and that’s totally valid as well. Just don’t be a d*ck and insult or roll your eye on Sheith fans for enjoying the obvious amount of Sheith this series is giving us? I’m writing this because when I checked the Sheith tag yesterday I saw (some) Klance fans complaining about Sheith fans. The argument is basically “omg, you losers think Sheith is canon when he said he was his brother, Sheith is so cancelled!!!1 On the other hand, Klance, with 0 content for over 3 seasons now and with Lance saying he’s never felt anything for anyone like he does for Allura is super canon”. How come you’re cancelling Sheith because there are (also) brotherly feelings, but you’re not cancelling Klance over the fact he denied ever feeling anything like that for anyone other than Allura (that includes Keith)?

Nothing is canon. If you want to ship something, do it. If you want to believe Keith and Shiro are just brothers, do it. If you want to believe Keith and Lance have a secret agenda because you found parallelism between Keith’s dad&Crolia and Keith&Lance, do it (funny thing is I found the parallelism between his parents and Sheith, because of his dad wearing Shiro’s jacket). Enjoy your stuff and let others enjoy theirs, because nothing is, nor is it going to be, canon. It’ll be canon-to-you, or canon-to-me, but not canon-canon.

When I read all the bullsh*t last night it made me angry. I was never a Klance fan, but I thought it was cute. Right now I dislike it a lot because of some of their fans. I’m mad at myself for that, because I know many Klance fans who’re super nice and respectful towards other people’s opinions, but I just can’t help it. I’ve been feeling the lack of Klance in the series for many seasons now, but it never ocurred to me to explain why Klance made no sense to me anymore (...until this post) because, why would Klance fans care?? Why do I have to try and shatter something they like so much?? Fandoms are much nicer when we enjoy our staff and let others enjoy theirs.

Regarding Allurance... at this point I don’t really care if it happens or not. I hope that if it does, it’s not suddenly (she knew how Lance felt and still chose Lotor, switching to Lance now would be like “oh, well, you’ll do”, and that’s not fair). Authors are aware of this too, from an interview I read, so I think it’ll be all good. They’ll end up as friends (ok), or they’ll actually develop something that’s not forced or unfair to Lance (ok too).

What I liked:

-Keith Marmora outfit. God, he was adorable with the hood! -Keith’s struggle in episode one between what he wanted to do and what he was meant to do. -Keith giving them team more space so Shiro would have a chance to reconnect with the black lion... if that’s not love, then nothing is. -Pidge finding her brother.

What I didn’t like:

-...Everything else. There was an extreme lack of Keith character development this season. Shiro felt completely empty. They introduced this possible plot around him (the kuron experiment) and there was nothing of that in this season. Not just that, he lacked any kind of personal struggle whatsoever. He was there, telling people what to do. The end.

Also, it bothered me greatly that Keith left and nobody seemed to miss him. We didn’t get any scene showing Keith missing his team mates either. The whole thing felt so bland, like “character feelings? Who cares! Let’s give you some funny scenes and LOTS of actions, because that’s what you want to see, right?” (._.) I can’t understand how they went from a character-centered show to a war-centered one. Oh, and Lotor and his generals? I couldn’t care less. I think the fact I hated this season made me hate him as well, because aside from Keith (who left too early), he was the only character showing some development in his personal story, and that made me jealous (I know it’s unreasonable, but feelings are).

After finishing the season I was left in such a dull mood that I thought I would never draw the characters again. Now I think maybe I should try to imagine what’s in-between the dullness of this season and make up the emotions it lacked. I’m even thinking of a new R18 Sheith book centered around the middle of S4... we’ll see.

Spoilers ahead, spoilers ahead (I’m adding this because otherwise I can’t share this post in twitter without actually spoiling people with the preview ;;;;)

So the clone thing with Shiro... somehow I feel like there was one initial Shiro that was taken by Galra, then cloned, then the Shiro Keith finds in episode one is not the original Shiro, and then the Shiro Keith finds in this season is not the Shiro he found in episode one.

I want to think this is not the case because, how could this third Shiro have the memories of the Shiro we’ve seen in seasons 1-2? Thinking that the Shiro we meet in season 1 is not the Shiro Keith always knew is a bit painful, but I think their relationship evolves from there, so that Shiro becomes more important. But thinking that maybe the current Shiro is not that second Shiro... that’s unbearable for me.

It’s also painful to watch their dynamics collapsing because everyone keeps telling Keith he’s the new leader... Keith is doing it out of duty, why don’t they all go back to the way things were? Except for the fact Shiro can no longer pilot the black lion. Ugh, this is breaking my heart, the more I think about it.

Hours Keeper: con esta app calculo mis horas de trabajo. Activo el contador cuando empiezo a trabajar con según qué cliente y así puedo saber no solo cuánto he trabajado al día/semana/mes/año, sino cuánto he trabajado para cada cliente (con la versión de pago puedes poner clientes infinitos)

Checkbook: en esta app apunto mis ingresos por fecha y cliente. Si comparo cuánto me ha pagado X cliente con el número de horas que he empleado en trabajar para él, puedo decidir si me ha salido rentable o no, etc. Como se puede separar todo por categorías, a final de mes es muy fácil mirar qué ingresos son de clientes (hay que declararlos en las trimestrales) y qué ingresos son de otras cosas, como lo que te produzca tu dinero en el banco (no hay que declararlo en las trimestrales).

Numbers: esta es “la app final”. Cada vez que termina un mes, apunto los ingresos, el IRPF que me han retenido (si he trabajado para una empresa española, los particulares o las empresas extranjeras no retienen IRPF), el IPSI o IVA que me hayan pagado y los gatos que haya producido mi trabajo y que me puedan desgravar (por ejemplo, si te compras un ordenador). Con una bonita cuenta matemática automática me saldrá en la columna de “IRPF a pagar” a cuánto asciende la broma de los impuestos ese trimestre (◕‿◕✿) Así cuando llega el día de hacer las trimestrales no hay sustos, solo dolor.

En la tabla de extras he puesto cosas a modo informativo simplemente porque me gusta saberlo (cuánto he pagado de Seguridad Social (ahí multiplico la cuota de un mes x 12), cuánto he ganado en bruto, en neto, etc.).

Adicionalmente, utilizo la app MyPics para tomar fotos de las facturas de mis gastos que puedan desgravar y tenerlas todas juntas en algún sitio (por si no las he imprimido todas), y luego las facturas que yo emito las tengo en una carpeta en mi ordenador.

Y creo que ya está ( ‘ x ‘ ) Tenerlo todo ordenadito y actualizado puede ser muy útil, así que os lo recomiendo (con el método que más os guste, no necesariamente el mío).

Por si a alguien le interesa la fórmula matemática para calcular el IRPF a pagar automáticamente, es la siguiente (ajustad el % según lo que paguéis en vuestra comunidad autónoma):

*Usando como ejemplo el primer trimestre del año

((ingresos T1 - gastos T1) x20÷100) - IRPF retenido en T1 - ((ingresos T1 - gastos T1) x2÷100) = ❤❤❤

La fórmula está hecha siguiendo los pasos del modelo 130 para la trimestral del IRPF, que primero hacen como que te quitan el 20% de lo que cobras (el 10% si estás en Melilla) y luego te descuentan un 2%. Seguro que hay formas más bonitas de hacer la fórmula, pero las matemáticas no son lo mío, y en cualquier caso funciona ( ‘ x ‘ )
