HERMIONE GRANGER is a SEVENTH year GRYFFINDOR who is MUGGLEBORN and resembles ASHLEY MOORE.
                      IT’S A NEW DAY
Hermione’s life at Hogwarts is well known. Less well known was her homelife with her muggle parents. Being academics themselves, they always expected and pushed Hermione to do well. They loved her dearly but sometimes that caused strain once Hermione started Hogwarts. As accepting as they were of her magic, they were reluctant to send her to a boarding school where she’d be so far away from them for most of the year. They heard of the possessed teacher trying to kill Hermione’s friend, and of Hermione’s petrification the next year, and very nearly pulled her out of Hogwarts for her own safety. Desperate to continue her magical education, Hermione stopped telling them of the dangerous things going on there.
Obliviating her parents at the height of the war was hard on Hermione, but harder was returning their memories and having to tell them just how bad the world had gotten, and just how much she had hidden from them. Neither appreciated her erasing their memories and uprooting their lives. The last time she saw them, they argued. Hermione’s not sure if she can ever mend the rift between them.
Coming back to Hogwarts for her seventh year was the obvious choice for Hermione. For all the job offers already flowing her way, Hermione wouldn’t feel complete without finishing off her education. It’s a strange experience to be there without Harry and Ron. She’s forced to branch out and make new friends for a change. There’s still some trauma and grief she has to work through from the year past, but at the very least she can be assured that this year will be quiet and safe.
                      IT’S A NEW LIFE
Hermione is a very talented witch, credited for being the brightest witch of her age. She works hard for her grades, though sometimes she values academics a little too highly. She has a very logical mind but doesn’t always relate well to people emotionally. People tend to find her abrasive and bossy because she tends to be argumentative and blunt in her honesty. At heart though Hermione is a kind person, always helping people who need it and sticking up for people who are being bullied or oppressed. She has proven her loyalty and bravery many times over and has grown as a person into the mature witch she is today.

I actually didn’t know that about Hermione! But that’s very on brand for her. I was wanting to focus on the less prominent canon characters for this RP, buuuut I love Hermione, and since it is canon that she returned to Hogwarts to complete her seventh year, I’d say yes! We will accept her. :)

Ah, yes. I’m just now seeing that myself. -_- I would say we’re at about a 5 on the activity scale. We’re a new group with few members right now, but I try to get on at least once a day and most of our activity is during the evening and night (EST, due to people working during the day). I’m hoping as we gain more members the activity will increase! So if you’re still interested, I hope you join. :’)

Could I make Daphne Greengrass?
Daphne was in Harry Potter’s year, so she would’ve graduated already, however if you could find a plausible reason why she would’ve been held back, it could work. But she’d have to be a seventh year and her younger sister Astoria (despite being 2 years younger) would then only be a year behind her as a sixth year.
