as everyone who saw my pinned post knows, i struggle with several mental disorders. this makes my daily living basically a nightmare. its not fun to feel like youre the scum of the earth who feels like they deserve to die. i have depression, anxiety, bpd, audhd, probably c-ptsd... a lot of the times it feels like i had the worst luck ever. i struggle to care for myself, to eat food regularly, to even leave bed. and lots of the time, i dont. i have crippling anxiety and depression to the point that i cant control my feelings or regulate them, and it gets in the way of even responding to asks, messages and etc. it is not because i hate any of you, its because im mentally unstable. i would like to get help, but for reasons i do not want to talk about, i am unable to at the moment, try as i might. (i have attempted to get help, ive even went to a doctors office in january and tried to get on new meds.)

and with all that going on, right at the end of march i had the worst possible luck. i managed to fall down on the road, spraining my ankle badly to the point that even small steps hurt incredibly bad. i was terrified if i had broken it, id worry myself sick for days and struggle to relax. id be scared if id die of complications. my foot IS doing better now, but at the time i had a severe panic attack and my family was NOT helpful. it was honestly quite traumatic of a day and i just wanted to sleep as soon as i got home. and you know, things only kept getting worse. my family eventually came home from their trip (theyre extremely loud so i lost sleep), my eye suddenly got an infection and it hurt badly to even blink, and even my mouth had gotten an infection as well. admittedly, my life has been filled with bad luck all the time, so thats why im scared to even feel happy or let my hopes up. and this felt like the final straw. ive never felt so defeated in my life. my eye and teeth are okay now, and im recovering, but it makes me feel as though i need to be cautious. i am exhausted, and more irritable than ever. i struggle with suicidal ideation daily.
