I must admit, I am an over achiever. I tend to do more than anyone else. I have this fear of not being enough - which I should not have in the first place. Lately as I read through His words, I realized that I should drop this fear. I should do nothing more because all I used to ever want was to achieve. There should be none but my Maker that I should please. I told myself I must not be worn out, start living simply. Maybe that is why He made our paths cross. You are a very simple guy, far from the “elite” crowd that I am used to. Nothing special. Or so I thought. Your simplicity, humility and great love for God made you special as for what I see. I think He made you an instrument to anchor me down and learn how to know and acknowledge Him. I do not know what I am to you, a friend, a bestfriend, something more (or less for that matter) or what, but I am very thankful that I have met you. You may not know this, but for someone struggling to get out of the shadows of drugs, sex and alcohol, you kind of shed some light to my life. All along I was striving for romance but you have shown me something better - His love. You may have let our memories and me fade away from yours, but that will never change the fact that I am thankful for you being such a wonderful friend, and to our God. I now have achieved something better because of you - knowing Him.

Psalms 119:105

“I pray that out of His glorious riches, He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,  may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge - that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:16-19
