　　　ok so i hear you are feeling on the low . . . that's OK . that's bound to happen when it comes to shifting / manifesting . i feel that way allllll the time . i felt like that today actually . this morning . i woke up today and chose the shorter end of the stick . but here are things to remember and remind yourself when it comes to your shifting slash manifesting journey because they are lowkey both the same , whether you like it or not . you can not follow manifestation without shifting .

　　　one . 　time crunch . . . the time crunch is evil but it is there and it is inevitable . the feeling of time passing you by ??? gross . dni . but remember . loa is assuming you already have your manifestations for your 3D to comply , since it's already decided in your 4D . so when you check the time , the date , the calculator app to figure out how much time you have left , you are searching from a place of lack . think about it like this : if you had your manifestations , why are you worrying about where it is and how you aren't going to get it on time ? you have it . don't you ? think about it .

　　　two . 　oh no . you woke up in this reality . again . well . no you didn't . you are in yourrrr desireddd realityyyyy . let that sink in . you always are . " why am i not in my dr ? 　　　one . 　ok so senior assassin yes . i hate it . if u get the opportunity to play , do take it though it's really fun , it's just very time consuming and i feel like i've been at other people's houses more than i've been at mine . anyways !!! the beginning of last week , honestly the whole week , my circumstances were BUTTCHEEKS !!!!!!!!!!! three failed attempts , targets knew about us since day two , tears , sweat , felt like a personal hell , everything . all of the above . but i kept affirming " [ partner name ] & i moved onto the next round " && even told myself " i don't care how it happens but we will move onto the next round " and lo and behold . . . admins pull a random purge , rules are hella weird , my target gets eliminated , and now i'm in round TWOOOO !!!!!!! WOOO !!!!!

　　　two . 　my ap statistics grade was ass last semester , let's get that off the table . i kid you not i had a C for half the semester and then it miraculously boosted up to a B . this semester , i started off with an A , held the A for literally weeks , and now i'm at a B !!!! last semester me would be shocked !!! socks would be blown off !!! so yeah , my grades are chefs kiss right now aaaand it's amazing . i love living an easy life !

　　　three . 　when i know my abilities , of course i'll be using it for good and manifesting hella food ??? boy i love food , don't get me wrong . not even in a big back way , i just effing love food . i remember i wanted shawarma reallll bad and was hoping my parents would bring some home for dinner one week , but they never did !!! but that weekend i went to the mall !!! and at the food court !!! they had shawarma !!! and i got some shawarma !!! it was so delish i'm drooling at the mouth thinking about it . another recent thing about food . i noticed like months ago i put a picture of sushi on my 2026 moodboard on pinterest for like no absolute reason , but deadass last weekend my dad bought home some dynamite shrimp sushi for dinner . . . mind you we don't even eat sushi that often . like not at all , i don't think i had sushi all year last year .

　　　four . 　i just realized this one right now , as i was scrolling through my personal discord server for things i've manifested ( i usually just mention it once in my manifesting channel ) , and noticed how bomb dot com my nails are . and then i remembered i had wanted to get better at doing my nails a couple sets ago , and now that i think about it i just randomly got better !!! like not even better , my nails just look So good now . like my last set , the french tip i did was SOOOO good .

　　　hello ! if you have been feeling extra extra lazy as of recently or just don't want to write stuff down on a piece of paper , you have come to the right place . me personally , i don't fancy writing out my desires or scripting in my notebook because what if someone sees it ??? right , like that's one of my biggest fears especially when one of my friends recently scavenged through my journals for no absolute reason except out of pure boredom !!! thank god she can take ' no ' as an answer though . anyways , i'm on my phone or some kind of device all the time due to school or just because , so why not use this as a benefit for my loa journey / manifesting things ???

　　　the notes app , every girl's best friend . it's a built in therapist , and a free online journal with everything you could possibly need to write down your feelings , and grocery lists as well with that . anywho though , how can the notes app help with loa ??? here's what i do , i script in my notes app in regards of what scenarios i want played out . when i first started focusing on loa , i also used to write everything i wanted as journal formats every night before i went to sleep , but i don't do that as much as anymore . but the notes app can also be your storage !! i write down lists and affirmations and so much more , you could do anything in there tbh !!!

　　　　　　ii . music app

　　　take any music app , like musi or spotify or apple music , and make playlists !!! make playlists for whatever you're manifesting with songs that correlate with it , for example if you're manifesting a sp , you could make a playlist and add songs that boost your ego or whatever . i've also seen some people make playlists and treat it as if you and your sp or even your sp in particular made it for you !!! i personally also have a self concept playlist which i listen to whenever i want , even in the hallways at school or when i'm trying to go to sleep .

　　　　　　iii . pinterest app

　　　pinterest , my love !!! i made a whole new account a few weeks ago , maybe it's been a month i can not remember , in which i made separate boards that are moodboards of what i want in my life . i have one that's only clothes i want , one that is a moodboard for 2026 and each specific month , and even a board full of loa tips and tricks that are on pinterest . those posts on pinterest really do the trick , sometimes i'll just scroll through that board when i'm not feeling my best and remind myself that i always get whatever i want !

　　　you know how many people tell you to think like you already have your desires ? tiktok can help you with that ! sometimes when i scroll on my fyp , i act as if i am the girl who got her manifestations and am living my dream life , so whenever i see a post that correlates with something i desire or is relatable to someone with my desire , i think to myself : " would i repost this video when i have my desire " ( something like that ) , and if yes , i repost it ! i do this on my shifting tiktok , and not on my main tiktok where my irls know me , because what if i repost something about having a boyfriend and someone texts me about it and i have to explain it to them !!! that's just too much work for me , so i use an alt account !

　　　first of all , what even is a sp ? what's this term ??? an sp is a quicker word for specific person , basically that one person you want in your life . this is usually resonated with romantic relationships , but you can obviously manifest friendships as well !!! you can manifest anything , u da real key 2 manifesto , remember that . basically , whatever i do to manifest someone i use law of assumption . all roads lead back to loa .

　　　let's get this through before we start . whatever you assume , persist in , will harden into reality . & the universe can never say ' no ' , it's only option is to say ' yes ' and agree . whenever you manifest something , you're not asking , you're demanding it . so when you say ' i need _____ ' , the universe will simply by agreeing .
