I promise, I’m not going to hurt you.” She says, gently holding a wing out towards Insignia. She isn’t sure if she should do this, but if they start to run, that won’t help at all. So, she softly fills the air around them with a soothing aura, hopefully helping calm them down.

More comforting words? You, uh...you’re not exactly calming them down, Radiance. ...Not at first, that is. Within a moment or two, they noticed the air around them felt...different. It was like some sort of calming wave just washed over them.

Their nervousness seemed to die down a bit, replaced by confusion at what this weird emotion-changing aura was. For some reason, they didn’t feel as tense. They didn’t feel as anxious. Just...confused. And even a bit curious.

They stepped forward a tiny bit, looking at the wing that Radiance had offered to them. Was she...offering a handshake? How would that work with wings? They blinked before glancing up at her for a moment--whether they’d calmed down a bit or not, they still seemed a bit uncertain of everything that was going on.

“........................?”

They tilted their head to the side a bit, still not saying a word. They weren’t completely sure that they could trust her yet--and even if they were, getting them to talk would still be difficult. At least they seemed...not as terrified of her now? I guess? ...It’s progress.
