you and luke being the school’s power couple. imagine you’re the least popular person and luke isn’t all that popular either but suddenly everyone in the school just wants to be you guys because every time you need to leave him, even just for one period, he gives you a big hug and a little kiss on the top of your head and it isn’t much but he doesn’t mind because he knows it makes you smile and all he wants is for you to be happy

you’re completely swamped with homework, trying your best to just not fall behind. your grades aren’t too great which just makes you push yourself harder which only makes you do even worse. it’s a viscious cycle so every night you stay awake until 4am, wake up at 7, go to classes, get home, and do more work. the only breaks you have are bathroom breaks and snack breaks, and even those are minimal. it takes its toll on you and apparently it’s visible because one night ashton invites himself over and just watched you work and cooks for you which you appreciate until it reaches midnight and he slams your laptop shut and carries you to your bed. and you yell at him like “what the hell, ashton?!” but he just shakes his head and holds you against him and says “i’m going to stay here and you’re going to sleep and i’m not letting you wake up until at least 10 because you don’t have class tomorrow and no class means sleep, got it?” but by the time he finishes talking you’re already passed out. he chuckles and says, “i have to take care of you sometimes”

okay so you and ashton both go to college in the city, but he’s a little older and lives off campus in his own apartment while you’re stuck in a dorm with three other girls that drive you nuts so he gives you a key so you can get away which basically means you go there every few days and flop face first onto his bed and just scream into his pillow before you even say hello which of course makes him laugh every time but he also feels bad for you and one day he tries to make you feel better and says “at least you only have to deal with it for a year” and you argue and say “what if i get roommates just as bad next year though” and he kind of just looks really confused and says, “so you’re not moving in with me? i mean you come here enough already you might as well just stay”

i just think being with michael would mean traveling with him a lot just because he wants to explore the world and have fun but he wants to do it all with you. except he can’t handle being that romantic all the time so of course whenever you fall asleep on the plane he takes a picture of you to laugh at cause he’s kind of a dick like that and one day you would borrow his phone to take some pictures and snoop a little and come across a folder in his photos labeled “snore goblin” and just flat out smack his arm shouting, “it’s bad enough there are probably 50 photos in here, you had to name me ‘snore goblin’ on top of that?!” which would earn a little giggle and shrug from michael because he knows that you find it funny to and you love him too much to ever be mad

“sir, do you need any help?” luke spins around and nods frantically, not knowing a thing about tampons. “my girlfriend, she needs them,” he says as he motions towards the array of boxes, “but I have no clue what I’m doing. clearly.” the woman laughs and asks, “what did she tell you she needed? i’ll help you look for them.” luke tugs on his hair a bit. “erm… that’s the thing. she didn’t ask. i just know that when she starts seeming a bit depressed that it’s coming and it makes her feel better when she doesn’t have to get everything herself,” he says, motioning towards his shopping basket filled with your favorite foods, a blanket, fuzzy socks, and a book you’d been dying to read. how cute is that he notices everything about you and does anything he can to help no matter what i want a luke

okay just imagine michael begging you to “just get out” and take a spontaneous road trip with him to no where in particular. he wouldn’t let you pack, you’d both just get in the car and drive, using the money he’s brought to buy clothes and toothpaste and all the necessities when you arrived in some small town a two states out that night. and it would be too late to go searching for a place to stay and he would be tired from driving and you would already be drifting in and out of sleep so he’d just put the back seats down and set up some makeshift pillows and a blanket back there and sleep holding you in his arms feeling so grateful that he had you and that you were crazy enough to go on the trip in the first place and he’d fall asleep peacefully knowing nothing could disturb your perfect getaway

getting really drunk with your friend michael who you're secretly attracted to and not remembering a thing when you wake up in his bed in a t-shirt and panties with him in just his boxers lying next to you. when you move he opens his eyes and smiles at you, mumbling, “good morning, beautiful.” and since you don’t remember you just say, “did we..?” so he chuckles and nods and says he didn’t remember much other than actually doing it and you waking up in the middle of the night to yell, “i can’t sleep naked” pulling on your clothes on, yelling at him to do the same, and passing out again thirty seconds later. you get up to leave, flustered, but he pulls you back down and says, “you can stay,” with a little smirk, “cmon, we both want something more, don’t deny it” so you let him tug you back down into bed where he pulls you closer and kisses your neck and running his hands all over your body

imagine being in one of those huge famous bookstores like the strand in nyc where there are like four floors and ladders all over the place because the shelves are too high for anyone to actually reach most of the books. imagine a place where bookworms can get lost for hours, sitting comfortably in corners where bookshelves meet, reading, completely undisturbed. okay now imagine not even noticing luke crouched in one of those corners, flipping through the pages of his favorite book. you try to reach for a book on one of the higher shelves and one of the many ladders is no where to be seen and when he says, “here, let me get that for you” you nearly jump out of your skin and as you’re about to scold him for startling you you notice how soft and kind his eyes are and you ask what he’s doing sitting in a corner reading and when he says he goes there to read because he can’t afford to actually buy anything due to the price of his university your heart breaks and you buy him his book and three times a week after that day you go to the book store and meet him there and become friends

unexpected late night facetimes with best friend!calum in college would be great cause it would be like 2:00 in the morning and you would finally be in bed all cozy and texting him before you fall asleep and you’d get the call so you’d pick up and after a few seconds of silence he would say, “so are you going to turn the lights back on or am I just going to talk to the darkness all night?” while playing his video games cause what else would he be doing in the middle of the night? so you’d say, “i just got in bed” and he’s say “okay, lights please?” and you would joke and say, “no, i’m ugly” and to be all snarky he would go, “tell me something i don’t know and turn on the god damn lights i haven’t seen your ugly face in ages and i miss it you little shit.”

youtuber!ashton doing a live video for the fans while you lie on the couch since you’d been feeling down lately and ashton was using your shared bedroom to film. you heard him filming for about twenty minutes out of the hour he had planned before hearing the bedroom door open and his heavy feet padding across the floor towards you. “you all know–” and just as he was about to introduce you to all his viewers when he saw that you were clearly sad and promptly muttered, “fuck,” before slamming his laptop shut and crawling onto the couch with you. he made you vent to him for nearly an hour before posting a picture of his arm wrapped securely around you with the caption, “she’s okay, she just needed a cuddle. sorry for the abrupt ending!” on his Twitter to apologize and even though he got some hate for it for it there were still fans tweeting, “stop being all butt hurt about it guys. the livestream was in no way as important as his girlfriend’s happiness to him which is how it should be. ash is the sweetest”

imagine you and calum having a "wherever you are" situation and he misses you like crazy but he knows it's a bad idea to call until one day he's moping around in his hotel room and his phone rings and your picture pops up so he scrambles to pick it up with shaking hands and just stutters a meek, "h-hello?" but as soon as he hears your sniffles he goes right back into boyfriend mode. "babe--" but his frantic concern gets cut off with you just blurting out, "please tell me you haven't found someone else," and he hardly even lets you finish before saying, "no, it's still just you." and you two spend the rest of the day talking about how to fix things because you're wrecks without the other

internet boyfriend!michael would be so cute on your meetup day. everyone would judge him for having an online girlfriend whom he’d never met but he wouldn’t listen and he would flip every single one of those people off because he was meeting his princess. he would fly you out to him and wait for you at the airport. as soon as you saw him you would run and jump into his arms and he would hold you like that for more than five minutes, kissing you at first but then just holding you in a tight hug with your face nuzzled into the crook of his neck because he would think if he let you go you would disappear. he would need to hold you to make it feel real and when he finally spoke he would just say, “god you’re so much more perfect in person and I didn’t even think that was possibly but– shit i love you, don’t ever leave me,” and continue to allow the tears of joy to slip down his smiling cheeks

seeing as I blast money in my car all the time and just jam out, I can see riding shotgun with calum when money comes on the radio and he just chuckles and says, “you can change this,” as a joke but instead you just turn the volume all the way up and start screaming along with the lyrics, rolling the windows down and dancing in your seat. calum would just laugh at you causing you to yell at him, “calum sing with me this isn’t fair I look like an idiot doing this by myself!”

protective!ashton would be kind of adorable because he wouldn’t be the angry kind of protective. instead, you would be out with a group of your friends and ash one night and all your girl friends would be calling you “slut” as a nickname and all your guy friends would be making subtle sexual comments just because that’s what they’ve always done and none of them have seemed to grow up at all since high school and out of no where ashton would just pull you aside and beg to go home and when you would ask why he’d just start venting like, “i don’t like it when they call you that or talk about you like that and i can see it in your eyes that you don’t like it either but i know you won’t say anything so can’t we just go and have our own fun? we can just sit at home and watch marvel movies while they go be assholes by themselves.” and just looking in his eyes you’d be able to tell how much he was really getting angry at your “friends” and all you’d be able to do is nod and just hug the shit out of him because god damn that boy cared about you

i feel like calum would be the type of guy to really like cuddles. maybe it’s because he’s just so squish but i really think you would come home after a really long and stressful day and not even five seconds after you would shrug your jacket off, you would be dragged down onto the couch just tangled in his arms. i feel like he would really love to sit on the couch with you with your body between his legs and his arms wrapped around you from behind mostly because he would feel like he was keeping you safe and would just really like the idea of that. i also don’t think you would never be able to sleep sleep without his arms around you first because he would fidget if he couldn’t hold you even for one night and it would keep you up. i don’t know, i just feel like he’d be a cuddler…

you and michael getting in a huge stupid fight the night before but you still agreed to go out to lunch with him and the guys that you’d had planned for a while. but it backfired because you two started arguing again for really no reason resulting in you screaming, “damnit michael, do you really have to be like this now” and storming away from your table. michael would just grin and the guys would say, “what the hell mike she’s pissed why are you fucking smiling” to which michael would just stand up, say a quick, “im gonna marry that girl,” and shout your name and chase after you

waking up one morning to luke shaking you awake because you were stuck in a bad dream for what seemed like hours and could not wake up without help. you would open your eyes and see him hovering over you with a worried expression, seeing as you were probably thrashing and crying out in your sleep and when he would ask if you were okay you would just drag him back down next to you and bury your head into the crook of his neck. he wouldn’t mind at all though, he would just pull you in closer to him whispering, “it’s alright, I’m here now, i’ll keep you safe,” over and over until you stopped shaking and then he’d be able to pepper kisses all over your face to cheer you up
