is anyone else annoyed that "ai" encompasses both chatgpt and tools we train to do repetitive tedious work for us. and by the ripple effect of articles like "scientists develop ai to detect cancer early" that make people argue for the merit of chatgpt or become anti-medicine. and by the general state of the world and society

on principle i'm completely with the tumblr users who wanna mock folks who don't listen to rap/hip-hop/jazz/country/etc but some of the discourse on the subject on here seems to indicate that people think merely consuming media is like an act of social justice or some shit and thinking about it like that is just as fucked. you're not like, doing a favor to Black people by putting on jazz records you know

It is genuinely mind blowing to me just how many Tumblr posts have changed my life for the better and taught me to be happier. Not all of the thoughts originate on Tumblr, but the way people collect and frame them has literally changed my brain chemistry.
