do u just meet someone who turns everything upside down (for the better)? like u think about how miserable u were before meeting them, how u pushed everyone away and avoided getting “too close” but then this person walks into ur life and all u want to do is pull them closer? like ur not scared anymore? how before u had this disgusting grey cloud of thoughts surrounding “love” and didn’t like the thought of it but this person makes u excited for it? like everything was so damn ugly and grey before they came into ur life and now its like things seem so much brighter and ur heart seems less heavy than it was before? that all u want is to protect them and keep them safe, u wanna grow with them and are excited for things again? the fact before u felt so isolated from everyone and refused to let anyone in, but they make u wanna jump straight in and risk it all?
