Hey, Fergus. I just got to Spikemuth. Where are you?
It takes a little before Fergus picks up but when he does it's very noticeable that he has his speaker on.
Oh you're here already? I'll be right out! Just..gotta get Socks into his harness.
Philippe chuckles to himself, smiling.
Do you have your things packed and ready to go?
Yes, I do. Socks is helping me carry them down.
It only takes a minute or two for Fergus to come outside, a surprisingly large espurr carrying his suitcase, the espurr itself is wearing a harness with a leash on it.
Philippe couldn’t help but chuckle at the sight of the larger-than-average Espurr carrying the suitcase. That was an adorable sight.
“It’s nice to finally meet you, Fergus. And hello to you too, Socks,” Philippe greeted. “Is this all of the things you’ll be taking…?” It seemed like there wasn’t much there, considering everything fit into a singular suitcase.
"It's nice finally meeting you too...and uh, yeah this is it" he responded before turning to his espurr "Socks, say hi"
The little big espurr looked over the tablet he had floating in front of himself for a moment before pressing what was certainly not hello, instead the electronic voice from the tablet could be heard saying the word "faggot" which understandably made Fergus sputter nervously and grab the tablet from Socks
"That's not hello!-who-who even taught you that!? I'm so sorry!"
Philippe was startled into silence by the Espurr’s foul language, eyes widening in shock. After a moment, he burst out laughing, shaking his head in amusement.
“Oh Arceus, that’s so naughty!!” Philippe laughed. “And he’s not wrong, I suppose!! He clocked me immediately!! Yes, Socks, I am indeed gay. I hope that won’t be an issue for us. I’d still like to be your friend.”
He paused, stepping aside to reveal Jeeves. “Jeeves has been rather excited to see you again. I made sure he has access to a tablet too, and you’re all he’s been talking about on the way here, Fergus. Well, you and Socks, of course. It seems like he missed the both of you quite a bit.”
Socks, overjoyed by the reaction he received, ended up dropping the bag he was carrying and landed himself on the ground, laughing. Meanwhile Fergus looked rather relieved that Philippe hadn't gotten offended
"I'm not quite sure how he learned that...Actually no I do have an idea, Malcolm certainly has that sense of humour"
Upon seeing Jeeves he picked Socks up from the ground to turn his attention to the indeedee. Socks, of course ran right up to Jeeves and hugged him immediately.
"Socks missed him too.." Fergus smiled and gave Jeeves a few scratches on the head which were well appreciated.
