Knowing when you are, and with whom you are supported is vital to success not only to you but to all the people you Intern share space and time with. Supporting through empowering is one way to see paths meet, to see a structure blossom which then empowers you in the times which you need empowerment reciprocated. Empowering others even when not interested in long term though beneficial goals, is a way to reveal what we have to offer one another and ourselves. Tools may be available that are not used, in us. Sharing knowledge and a different perspective are needed to make progress at times when we find our selves stuck or without necessary movement to reach the next goal.
