I'd like to call it Beauty..

Your impact on other people is bigger than you think. Someone still giggles when they think of that funny thing you said. Someone still smiles when they think of the compliment you gave them. Someone silently admires you. The advice you give has made a difference for people. The support and love you’ve offered others has made someone’s day. Your input and opinions have made someone think twice. You’re not insignificant and forgotten. Your existence makes a positive difference, whether you see it or not.

Practice not comparing your path to others; focusing on your own path; being thankful for the opportunity you have to shape and create your life. There's so much beauty in that, and it just gets drowned instantly the millisecond you start comparing your life to someone else's.

I hope the universe blesses you with a moment of peace this week. You’re doing the right thing, and you’re going to be okay.

One important lesson I’ve learned is that building healthy relationships with everything in your life is necessary. With time, sleep, yourself, trauma, emotions, habits, family, relationships, etc. Once you find balance, everything else falls into place.

It kind of breaks my heart when people are surprised by kindness. Puts into perspective how often they’re treated poorly by others.
