Okay, so this was genius. I took smoked fish & tuna saladed it. I mixed it with white cheddar, red peppers, miracle whip, mustard, onions, celery, old bay, lemon pepper, garlic & onion powder, natures seasons, cayenne, black pepper. Best sandwich. Soooo gooood.

Best afternoon. Did a great job on my first sushi rolls. They all tasted the same due to lack of ingredients. But what can ya do? Delicious.

This was the day we chose to hike.

So THIS was my first breakfast of the new year. Crab & shrimp eggs with toast & breakfast breads. Lots of Old Bay seasoning here. Yummmmmm

Classic veggie sandwich from yours truly. I veggiettied the cucumbers & mixed them with my favorite dressing, Parmesan Peppercorn.
