Not everything is an unreliable narrator type situation YES you should 100% rely on c!Tommy's POV to get an idea of what c!Dream is like. Like. The whole point is c!Dream tormenting and abusing c!Tommy while nobody else knows what's going on. He shows his true colours to c!Tommy. c!Tommy's POV is ESSENTIAL to the story and your view of c!Dream.
