The right bike, the right day, the right road, I just pretty much feel at one with the universe. When I feel like I don’t fit anywhere or I’m lonely or I’m like all screwed up in the head, I get on my bike and go for a ride and it’s like all of the sudden, I’m fixed.

Once you've taken a few punches and realize you're not made of glass, you don't feel alive unless your pushing yourself as far as you can go !!

Like most horrible atrocities that happen to you in life, when you look at them in retrospect, it's usually a blessing or a lesson. It's not much fun when you're caught up in it. But it's better. You can get into tighter spots. Makes you a better mechanic.
