Your mental health is more important than your grades
You are good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, and strong enough
Donât just be good to others, be good to yourself too
Embrace all that is you
You will be okay
Just breathe. It will be okay.
Be proud of yourself for how hard youâre trying.
Be nice to yourself
Donât beat yourself up. You are doing the best you can.
Be gentle with yourself, youâre doing the best you can.
Better things are coming.
Loving yourself is the greatest revolution.
Remind yourself, you deserve to be happy
Respect yourself. Donât let others tell you who you are.
Learn to say no to people and things that make you unhappy.
Enjoy your own company.
Forgive yourself.
Never apologise for how you feel
Give yourself some credit. Youâve come pretty far.
Mental health is just as important as physical health.
Surround yourself with good vibes
Stop worrying about people who arenât worried about you.
If you find you are surrounded by toxic people⌠Cut. Them. Out.
Trust yourself. Youâre smarter than you think.
love this so much, thank you !

Of course Iâll hurt you. Of course youâll hurt me. Of course we will hurt each other. But this is the very condition of existence. To become spring, means accepting the risk of winter. To become presence, means accepting the risk of absenceâŚ
Antoine de Saint ExupĂŠry, The Little Prince (via the-book-diaries)
We donât succeed or fail because of fortune or luck. We succeed because we understand the way the world works and what we have to do. We fail because others understand this better than we do.
(via purplebuddhaquotes)
Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like artâŚ. It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things which give value to survival.
C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves (via books-n-quotes)

The 5 Stages of the Relationship Cycle
Getting a relationship to last can feel like a very difficult task at times. Some of us are able to cultivate a love that lasts a lifetime while others just canât seem to make it work, despite seeming compatible with each other initially. Whatâs the deal?
Well, relationships constantly cycle through 5 stages â some stages are more pleasant than others. But if you and your partner are able to work through each stage as they come, your rewards are coupled growth and a strengthened bond. Get stuck in one of these stages, however, and you and your partner might just end up needing to call it quits.
Psych2Go presents to you, the 5 stages of a relationship.
1. Falling in Love
Otherwise known as âthe addiction stageâ. This is the most glamorized stage of the love cycle. Itâs all that plays out in the movies, so itâs all some of us know!
Our own biological nature forces us to fall in love. According to Dr. Susan Campbell, Our brains release a load of chemicals designed to make us feel attraction. Oxytocin, Dopamine, and Phenylethylamine (a nervous system stimulant, and a very hard word to pronounce) form a concoction that gets you high as heaven on fatuous love.
This drug trip only allows you to see the similarities between you and your partner, as well as the traits that make them a perfect mate. What this high blocks you from seeing, are their shortcomings â their flawsâŚ
