it sucks that you have to keep yourself busy just to feel okay

I know you did not mean to hurt me but that doesn’t take away from that fact that you did.

no one talks about how hard it is when your mood is constantly switching between "its okay, i don't care. i'm fine" and "i don't know how much more i can take"

My childhood trauma didn't make me stronger. it made me a people pleaser. it made me forgive way too much. it made me not speak when i'm supposed to. it made me an extreme empath.

Maturity is not seeking revenge. It's healing and moving on, so you don’t become like the people who traumatized you.

Please tell me i'm not as forgettable as your silence is making me feel.

I will not beg you for your time or try to convince you to choose me, the world is too big and I have too much to offer.
