“la vida con calma y con alma”

I’ve been drawing zentangle art since i was a kid and it is honestly the best method for me to calm my nerves and have a good time with myself.

even though this isn’t the best sketch i’ve ever done i decided to add that quote which basically means something like “A life lived calmly, with soul”

those words mean a lot to me as a reminder that not everything has to be perfect, as long as you do it peacefully and filled with soul <3
