            “Yeah, I’m sure he did.”

“He did, and Jake helped him.” 

“Why in the name of the gods is there a flower crown on my head?” he demanded dryly.

“It’s for the festival, I needed to be sure it would fit” the princess replied with a sigh as she looked at her work, something was missing.

“That’s not nothing Rachel!” Leah frowned, running her hand gently over her right arm. She wanted to kill whoever had done this to her and she felt kind of like a failure for not being able to protect her imprint. “Tell me who did this.”

“I can’t please don’t make me.....” Rachel almost begged Leah at this point, her eyes turning so she was looking up at her lover. It was clear she had been crying, she hated lying to her, but knew she would kill Jake if she knew.
