General:

KO was born and raised in the Jungle Kingdom, though eventually moved to New Donk City to help with her career as a boxer. For as long as she can remember she has loved the thrill of combat fighting and has trained in various styles.  She has briefly worked as a wrestler, also, after which she started to dress in even brighter colors. 

Personality:

It is immediately obvious to anyone meeting KO that she is an incredibly passionate and fiery Kong who will never hesitate to speak her mind or stand up for herself or others.  Though most of the time she is chill and has a good exercise/work and relaxation balance KO is definitely someone who can go from 0 to 100 at the drop of a hat. She has little patience for the rudeness of others, despite coming off as rude herself at times.  

KO loves to have all eyes on her and have others cheering her name.  She is incredibly hard-working and never hesitates to chase her goals, sometimes at the cost of her relationship with others.  KO is incredibly high energy, never seeming to be completely still.  All of her movements are incredibly animated.

She met Donkey Kong as a child, and after proving she was stronger the two became fast friends who often trained together.   She also befriended Diddy, Dixie, Candy and others. Cranky Kong is fond of her, admiring her attitude. She has met Mario through work, and trained with Little Mac. She had a brief relationship with Pauline.
