Impetuous Ideas

I kind of disappeared for a minute - last week some very serious things went down involving the law firm I work for and it was kind of a huge nightmare. I’m back on track as of today. 

I didn’t post yesterday because G came home from a week of flights and I finally got to see him. I stayed under 1300 calories but only got 19 minutes of power-walking in because he got home almost immediately after I got off work. Still burned over 3300 calories for the day per my Fitbit so I guess it wasn’t a total bust overall. I don’t know how much I’ll be able to work out on the few days a week that he’s home, but I’ll do my best.

I stayed under 1300 calories and worked out for 61 minutes, though it was all walking/power-walking. Hopefully I’ll have time to hit the elliptical tomorrow so I can boost how many calories I burn in the time I have to work out. Feeling relatively positive about today - like maybe I can really do this and not be miserable the entire time.
