Delicate fingers running over her skin, eyeing the strange mark that was now tinting her wrist, usually hidden by her robes large sleeves. She didn’t really understand what was going on, why she was here in the first place, and what it meant to be connected to some stranger. Wasn’t Aoba the only one she ever wanted to be bound to?
There were countless emotions flooding her mind, fear, worry, anger over this situation and some feelings that were impossible to interpret for her, that seemed foreign, like pushed onto her from someone else. She really didn’t want to believe it, but slowly she started to understand that those words she had heard in that strange room were maybe the cruel truth. Trembling, trying to suppress another sob, she didn’t want to start crying again, she wasn’t that weak, but yet, she felt so completely desperate, devastated, she didn’t know what else was there to do.
Quickly wiping her teary eyes before gazing back up, taking a look around, finally noticing that she was… lost. Well, she had been on the way to the chambers where she was supposed to reside during her unwanted stay here, but corridors of this facility were all absolutely the same. And her sense of orientation wasn’t the best anyways.
“Well…” Putting on a bad poker face. "… Where’s room 4G?"
There is little in the world Mitsuki hates more than feeling weak. She didn't enjoy playing a damsel in distress, and she would never, ever accept that she was stuck in this horrible place. The foreign feeling of being lost that matched her own only seemed to make her all the more angry.
A small part of her considered how her partner, whoever it was, was feeling in reaction to her own irritation. That person was in the same boat she was; it wasn't fair at all to take her frustration out on someone who was, probably, innocent. So, with a deep breath, she attempted to calm herself.
It was nice to feel the other end of the line, however measly, try to pull themselves together. Were the situation not so awful, it may have been comforting. Now that they both were putting on a brave face, Mitsuki felt capable to seek out her room.
She passed several people on the way. They all seemed interesting, different: as if they were all from different worlds. The Nase tried to ignore them all, but felt the pull of her connection throb with more feeling. Again, she was getting irritated. She'd gotten herself down a hallway while trying to sort her feelings from her partner, only to hear a girl speak to herself.
". . .I'm looking for that room, as well." Might as well try and meet new people, right?
