Art of one of my ocs I haven't used in forever

we know this cause this is the ref I was forced to use

I hate him!!! He's mean! and evil! and evily mean!

This piece took forever to make, mainly cause i was using magma on phone (until it started crashing every time i opened up the canvas and had tl switch to using mouse/art tablet over on a computer)

It also paused my music OVER FIFTEEN TIMES (from the lag)

I CANNOT FORGIVE THIS!! (i was listening to miller z-mixed the entire time, how suiting)
