When I Met Graphite Again at 23.

Can't remember the last time i seriously used graphite.

Think I might've been subsconsciously avoiding it cause it reminds me of art school-- this profound guilt from not pushing through. And i was supposed to graduate May this year.

2 months ago, I threw most of my plates & studies away in an attempt to forget, to feel a little less like shit; the rest, I put away neatly. Because I don't really want to forget it all. But also! maybe I did the right thing(?), because now, I get to rediscover graphite at 23. And had I not, I wouldn't have known I could like it this much. I cried a lot having to use them for whole ass plates back then.
