I want to be happy.

go camping in a sleeper camper

when you genuinely try to be there for someone, when you do anything you can to make them happy and excited, when you try to be positive even though your world is a shit show, when you know they are just tired and stressed just like you but you try harder to smile for them and pick them up, when you put in all the effort you have and somehow it’s not enough- in fact, it doesn’t even come close to the standards you have to meet, when the one person you want to see everyday puts you down, when feeling sorry for yourself just doesn’t do it anymore, when you fuck up left and right but still manage to make them smile once in a while, when all is said and done it just really sucks to be here all alone and you don’t even know.

just dont go. its all i ask is to be able to hold onto you and never feel like i have to let you go. i dont want to feel our fingers slipping away.
