I'm Just Plain Cher

Hey, I haven’t introduced myself yet, I’m Cher. I’m an ex drug addict, an alcoholic, Mentally, & physical abuse victim. A multiple sexual assault victim. I have mental health issues, so I’m a mental health advocate. I’m a suicide survivor, & have lost someone I love to suicide. I’ve almost died at the hands of someone I loved, and finally I’ve had a loaded gun pointed at my head. I do not write this post for sympathy, I write it to let others know that they are not alone. That a person can endure so much pain and hurt, and still come out on the other side, maybe not un traumatized, but definitely SURVIVE it. Because I did. Now I may have Panic Disorder and PTSD, but it’s manageable most days.
