The two siblings had been sat in the living room after Lois had finally put away the first aid kit, finishing up with bandaging up Bruce’s wounds. As Lois eyes fell upon her brother’s face she couldn’t help but feel her heart break at the tears falling down his face.

“Shh, Bruce. It’s okay. We’re going to be okay. You don’t have to worry about anything, please don’t cry.”

For a second you two stood frozen like that, lips pressed against each other. You felt so nervous about it all, but still you felt your hands grab ahold of Caroline’s waist. Then you felt it. With, what felt like, a surge of energy Caroline put her hands on your cheeks and pulled you in closer towards her. She was kissing you. She was actually kissing you back, and you couldn’t be happier.

“Come on, Y/N! You can’t just avoid me like this and then pretend like you don’t know what I’m talking about! What’s going on?” You froze for a second, an idea reaching your mind. Then, as if all your previous reasons to avoid doing anything had flown away, you stepped up to Caroline. With nerves bubbling in your stomach you then stepped closer until she had her back against the wall, and that was when you finally pressed your lips to hers.
