Imagine baby Spock getting out of his stroller and wandering into the dog park when Amanda and Sarek aren't looking and trying to pet the puppies but the puppies just want to lick his face and tackle him and yip at him because he smells funny and half-human and they don't know what to do.

From a young age, Spock would manage to get himself out of his crib and open the sealed door to walk around the corridor of the ship. The crew would try and send him back to bed, but after ending up with bruised arms and sore hair, would let him roam around as he pleased.

((Hello yes I have all these really angsty headcanons okay so be prepared for those.)

Spock would toddle around his room, searching for Amanda and Sarek from time to time and freaking out when they weren't by his side (they thought he could handle long periods of solitude every now and then). They never noticed, but he grew accustomed to rarely seeing his parents and thus began nurturing his Vulcan side instead of his human.

((I tried making headcanons but that didn't work out so well. I don't know how you guys do it so flawlessly.))
