I got the challenge to eat an entire loaf of bread 🍞 but for each slice you eat you have to chug a cup of milk/soda 🥛🥤
it was my first meal of the day, so I ate an eclair and started the challenge.
I cut a french bread 🥖 into about 10 slices. I ate the first half with nutella, and washed down each slice with a glass of milk. a litre of milk + bread left me feeling full, but I could keep going after a while.
the milk finished, so I opened a liter of coke for the next 5 slices. I didn't want to use any toppings, so I just put some salt and cucumbers on the slices. coke immediately made my belly noticeably rounder. I was struggling with the last two slices, but I managed to finish!! when I was tired of the taste of bread, I ate some spicy croutons. god was I stuffed in the end, couldn't keep my hands off my belly 🤰🏼
but I liked it!! I’ll do it again sometime, but I need to think of light toppings for bread so I don’t get tired of the taste.
my belly got soooo bloated and heavy 😵💫 the bread soaked up all the liquid and expanded in my stomach. but it didn’t hurt!! and I could enjoy the feeling for a long time. my stomach rumbled for a couple of minutes, but then it went completely quiet that it felt like it couldn’t digest anything at all and I’d stay huge all day, so I helped my tummy along with lotsss of belly rubs and strokes. basically I couldn’t do anything except lie down and massage my belly, trying to find a comfortable position where my tummy would feel comfortable and not that heavy. my skin felt so stretched that even my belly button looked unusually shallow.
in the end, I was really proud of myself!! and had a glass of melted ice cream to celebrate :D
and ate around 6 slices of melon and a peach in the evening, that bloated me like crazy 😮💨
