THIS WAS MY FAVOURITE. Absolutely love it. My first desert dish of the day. Its sea buckthorn potato ice cream with malt. The ice cream has this hard shell around it, it tasted like potato. It was a sick sweetening potato taste it was just right. The shell was more savoury and the ice cream was the sweet part. To add texture to the dish was the grounded biscuit things and tiny bits of herbs around it. Im craving for more now! I love food that surprise me.Â
