Flavours of Joy 🐟 (味贺喜) comes with pineapple salmon, garlic-chilli salmon, black-tobikko scallops and mini tuna hanamaki, perfect for festive cheer. The aburi salmon sushi 🍣 is given a refreshing twist with mayo and pineapple 🍍 while the garlic chilli kickstarts the classic raw salmon sushi into high gear with boosted flavours.

The cheapest of the three bentos, Treasure Ship of Fortune 🚢 (宝船迎春) has inari sushi with shredded crab(stick), teriyaki salmon with thick-cut eel and grilled salmon 🐟 flakes with shrimps 🦐 for a bite of prosperity. The scallops are placed on the side and not on any of the sushi. I was presently surprised by the quality of this sweet bean curd skin bento given the low price.

When she returned home she would tend to the unagi, befriending it and showing it great care and compassion. She did this for each one that came and went throughout her lifetime. 

After her death the eel spirit continued to have a unagi protect the island as gratitude for the kindness and comparison Kyoshi had for it and its kin. They may not have known the same kindness and compassion that their past kin experienced, but they still showed great passiveness towards the islanders that was not shown towards other humans traveling their waters.
