I hooked up with these cute little green bald guys. They call themselves the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which is kinda catchy, you know. And right now, I'm really glad these little green guys are tagging along because it looks like this day is gonna get crazier and crazier. Or worse."

Cleo was born in Dolphin City to her parents and few years later became an big sister to Kim. She became friends with Emma, Rikki and Lewis in grade school.
