Love Again

A tree does not announce as it grows. It just does so quietly. Gradually. With serenity. No one else must know, as long as the tree itself knows that it’s getting there.

Don’t dwindle on things from the past that hurt you. Don’t keep touching a wound that stings. Yes it has happened, and I’m sorry. You were in pain. You struggled. But you deserve to move onto a bigger and better tomorrow.

1. Take a morning shower filled with loud and upbeat music. 2. Surround myself with positive people. 3. Stop degrading myself based on how others look, I’m beautiful in my own way. 4. Allow myself to be sad when I️ feel it, it’ll be okay, the sun will return soon. 5. Laugh. A lot. 6. Take bubble baths to calming music. 7. Read. 8. Open the windows and let the air in.
