When i later become a mother and i am blessed with a healthy daughter, i will ask my her everyday if she is okay. I will glance down at the places that are so easily cut. I will show her how to love her body. Diet? What is a diet? There will be no talk of “if you eat that you will get fat” because I will show her that she can live her life how she wants. I will give my daughter all the love I possibly can. She will be beautiful inside and out, her soul with be pure and throughout growing up i can’t stop it getting dirty, but even so I will still love her and all her choices because she is my daughter. I won’t blame her moods on hormones, I’ll listen. I won’t call her a drama queen when she messes up or she gets her heart broken and the pain hurts that much she can not move from her room. I won’t watch her cry without giving her my love. I won’t see her falling apart and pretend that it isn’t happening. I won’t look at her with jealousy and spite. She will be my life and i will love her no matter what because she is my daughter and she will be beautiful.
