The shameless owner of this car left his dog inside with no windows open and no water for the poor dog, for more than an hour. On top of it, he #illegally parked in our parking lot which is reserved for our patients and staff only. He was in a coffee shop across the street. We spent more than an hour to find the owner. And when he showed up, he confronted me shamelessly with no apology and saying that "he left the car unlocked". #doesntmakesense He was arrogant and rude. Wrong parking was not my priority, my major concern was the #dog . He does not deserve to have a dog. I informed #spca and #vancouverpolice about this. #cherryonthetop after investigating, cops found out that this model of the car was not even linked to this liscence plate. #wow I pray for that dog and I really hope he gets punished.
