His new uniform is also just a slightly more fancy version of the uniform that the regular AWF members wear; they are colored grey/red/silver in order to look similar yet different to Cross who's "uniform" is black/gold + red if you count her arm. -> this is simply to show that their uniform is different from Cross's outfit as her outfit/style came before the military sector of the AWF and therefore her main outfit basically has little to nothing to do with it.
