Well, wasn’t this something you wouldn’t see everyday. An entire city underwater, isn’t that something you would see on an action show and not reality? Either way, Chiaki was going to conquer this challenge! He wouldn’t let some waves get in his path! Who knows what dangers could be wandering beneath the waters, and there’s nobody better to check it out! Sure, Chiaki really didn’t have any powers or stuff like that, but he definitely acted the part. 

He saw another person standing by the water, however she wasn’t jumping in to explore. It could be a bit intimidating, nobody knew exactly what this city held for them all.

Huh? That was definitely not the reaction that Chiaki had been expecting. It had been a while since the two last saw each other, but certainly not long enough to forget about each other! There is no way Chiaki would ever forget about any members of RYUSEITAI no matter what duration of time passes! Maybe this was a new type of game that he has yet to discover or something dangerous was threatening Kanata to not speak with Chiaki! If there is a villain looming around them, Kanata needs to have no fear as they’re both heroes who will save the day!

“Of course I’m happy to see you Kanata!” A brief pause before continuing on, since Kanata wasn’t making much sense to Chiaki at the moment. “Ryusei Red, Chiaki Morisawa of RYUSEITAI! Kanata, did you hit your head when you dropped your stuff? You can count of me if you’re hurt and need help!” He’d be more than eager to help, Kanata did seem very strange at the moment after all.

     “It is the right mindset to have. ‘With the catching ends the pleasure of the hunt’, or so they say. You appear the type to train endlessly for the sake of your dreams. Whatever it is that you’re chasing must be a grand vision, I imagine?”

The list of those that thought Chiaki was a bit boisterous was growing, but this person seemed the opposite! He really did believe that taking more energy into making something better was worth it, be it idol practice routines, or being a hero in the world! Both definitely required a certain skill type that Chiaki should possess!

“Ryuuseitai’s Chiaki-kun is here?! AMAZING! —” 

“Our world, now deprived of its hero— or perhaps, have you come here to save this world from it’s possible impending doom? Ahahahaha!✰ ” Letting out his laughter, it booms across the general area of the street. Earning some glances from passersby, he simply hums and focuses his attention on the other.

“Regardless. Are you free for a moment? I could use a hand if you have the time to spare~♪”

“Of course! If there is any danger here, then as a hero, I will protect the citizens ☆!” That was what heroes did after all, no matter the circumstance they would be there to save the day. Nobody ever knows who or when a hazard may occur.

Souma was well aware he had a weak presence in AKATSUKI. It wasn’t a good thing as an idol and worked to change it now being in his third year, he was fine and more than content if Keito and Kiryuu held the spotlight in his previous, ever the loyal samurai to his lords. He was no stranger to collaborations with the unit Ryuusetai and once it’s members in a temporarily built one by the man who brings festivals wherever he walked. Though if he were to be perfectly honest, he only knew and got along with Kanata and Sengoku well, so it was surprising the unit’s leader had invited him out for the festival’s sled races, especially since Chiaki could not recall him during the Purple Wisterias Live. 

❝ ….Umu. I’m afraid I’ve never heard of sureddo racing before now. So the objective is simply to slide down the hill on these boards the fastest, correct, Morisawa-dono? ❞  In hindsight, it seemed like a dangerous game, but with the samurai’s competitive nature, a race sounded thrilling for him.

Chiaki’s appearance was one not easily missed, especially with how energetic and loud he could be at times. Wearing the red uniform during lives, he’d stand front and center, with the rest of his unit besides him. It was important to Chiaki that everyone in his unit got a time to shine, that’s why they all had their own solos during performances. Also, everyone had their own introductions, to make sure everyone knew exactly who the members all were! It was obvious that not all units operated in this fashion, as evident when Chiaki wasn’t well associated with a group’s members. He had heard from Kanata about Souma in the past from their shared club, which made him think. Why not use them both being here as an opportunity to know each other better? 

He was startled a bit by the tapping on his shoulder, though it was someone he was  familiar with. There were others closer to Mika than himself, that was something Chiaki needed to work on it seems! That is when he noticed the gift from the other in his hands, and thats when it looked like gigantic stars were bouncing around him. 

This was amazing! It looked just like him, and even had a cape! This plush of him really could be a superhero! Now that he obtained some action figures as well, he could truly make himself appear more as a hero more than ever! This is such a kind gift! 

It wasn’t much of a surprise that Eichi had been busy, no matter where he was, he always seemed to occupy himself it seems. Chiaki wasn’t as busy, but there was enough objectives around that were using up his time. Though, he wasn’t a person that really minded not getting gifts from others on holidays, he did really appreciate it. 

Eyes sparkled just by simply looking at the wrapping paper, but it grew even greater upon seeing it’s contents. He was very surprised that Eichi would gift him this, it hadn’t crossed his mind. The tea made sense as a gift from him, but what really shocked him with the DVD with his unit’s performances. 

“Chiaki! You must laugh louder! Louder, louder! Our voices must be heard by everyone. Wahahaha✰”

This was an ultimate gift that could be given to any superhero fan. A whole set of movies to spent hours on, losing track of time as the heroes fight for justice. Then, being able to reenact fight scenes not only from the movies, but from other franchises as well. Important not to forget that Chiaki also possesses the original Kamen Rider series too. It was so exciting to him! 

The way that the girl looked gave off a distinct impression, one that was certainly different than his own. Her hair had the unique butterfly clip, with a sword on her as well. There were only a few ideas as to who she was that came to Chiaki’s mind. She was either practicing for a match and that was just a wooden sword. On the other hand, which Chiaki wanted to be true, he was in the presence of a real life superhero! She didn’t wear the attire of those in Kamen Rider, but she definitely gave off the impression of one!
